How to hand wrap with a 180 in wrap

You should always us a 180inch wrap when wrapping your wrists. Start with putting your thumb threw the loop tag down then wrap it around your wrist 2-3 times. Then go up between the thumb and pointer finger across the knuckles twice and again around the wrist and up between the fingers. Then across the knuckles 2-3 times again around the wrist till completely wrapped then Velcro together and your down. Now depending on were you want to considerate on either your knuckles or you wrist is up to you and you can just add more wrap around on those areas.  There are many other ways to wrap your wrists.
